All personal information/contact details that our potential customers supply us with through personal face to face contact, over the phone or in writing/email will be handled in the strictest of confidence, with the greatest of care and in line with the GDPR guidelines. We will not be passing on any personal information/contact details in any way to a third party unless with your permission, excluding through legal obligations/money laundering regulations or to any other party that we are legally required to.

We confirm that we are accepting your personal information/contact details for the use that it is provided for and this will include us registering your details on our mailing list so that we can update you and notify you either verbally, in writing or via email of any properties that may interest you/match your requirements for your property search.

If you have supplied us your personal information/contact details as a potential future client at the stage of requesting a market appraisal or at the stage of instructing us to place your property on to the market, this will include us registering your details on our computer database and office files so that we maintain contact with you as agreed, either verbally, in writing or via email.

GDPR gives you the right at any time to inform us of your decision in writing that you no longer wish your personal information/data to be used by us or to be held by us and we will cease to use and store your information as requested.
